Individual Therapy

Ongoing, depth-oriented therapy for individuals navigating trauma, dissociation, and complex patterns.

This may be a good fit if…

You’re looking for more than surface-level support.

You want to understand what’s happening - but also actually shift it.

You may be navigating trauma, dissociation, or patterns that feel difficult to change despite insight and effort.

You want to be able to walk into a therapy space where you are seen, valued, and protected.

Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes and tailored to your needs.

Depending on your goals, our work may include:

  • Trauma processing

  • Somatic and regulation work

  • Skills-based support (including DBT-informed strategies)

  • Parts work and integration

What to expect

When you arrive

The office is intentionally designed to support a sense of calm, grounding, and privacy.

When you arrive, you’re welcome to park on the street, or in the church parking lot next door and come in when you’re ready. Coffee, tea, water, and light snacks are available, and many clients choose to take a few moments to settle into the space before session begins.

Especially in trauma work, having a consistent, quiet environment to arrive in can become an important part of the therapeutic process itself.

This is not one-size-fits-all therapy

This work is intentional, structured, and adapted to you.

Not every approach works for every person, and we’ll collaborate to find a way of working that supports both safety and meaningful change.
