Grow With Phoenix Rising
Meaningful work. Clinical autonomy. A place to belong.
At Phoenix Rising Therapy Services, we believe that therapists deserve the same care, compassion, and support they offer their clients.
We're a growing, trauma-focused private practice based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with opportunities for clinicians providing in-person and virtual therapy in North Carolina, as well as fully virtual therapy in Michigan and Maine.
Our practice is built on the belief that meaningful therapy begins with safety, connection, authenticity, and respect.
And we believe those same values should shape the way we support our clinicians.
We're creating a practice where therapists can develop their clinical identities, deepen their skills, pursue their interests, and build sustainable careers without sacrificing themselves in the process.
We're always interested in connecting with thoughtful, compassionate clinicians who share our values.
What It's Like to Work Here
We don't believe every therapist needs to practice the same way.
We believe in clinical autonomy, thoughtful consultation, ongoing learning, and meeting clients where they are.
At Phoenix Rising, you'll have the freedom to develop your own therapeutic style, work with populations that align with your interests and competence, and build a schedule that fits your life.
We value collaboration over competition, curiosity over perfection, and professional growth over productivity for its own sake.
