Finding Yourself Again
An 8-Week Group for Rebuilding Identity After Trauma
Trauma can shape more than what you remember or how you feel. It can shape how you see yourself, what you believe you’re allowed to want, the roles you take on, and the choices you make.
Finding Yourself Again is a space to get curious about who you are now—and who you want to become.
You spent so long surviving.
Who do you get to be now?
What does “finding yourself again” mean?
Trauma can require you to become who you needed to be to survive. You may have learned to keep the peace, take care of everyone else, stay small, stay busy, disconnect from your needs, or become very good at being whatever other people needed.
Those ways of surviving mattered.
But at some point, you may find yourself wondering:
What do I actually like?
What matters to me?
What do I want?
Who am I when I'm not just trying to get through it?
Finding Yourself Again isn't about returning to who you were before trauma—or finding some version of yourself you think you should be.
It's about discovering who you are now—and who you want to become.
What We’ll Explore
IDENTITY
Who are you outside of the roles, expectations, and survival strategies you've carried?
VALUES
What actually matters to you—not what you've been told should matter?
WANTS & NEEDS
Learning to notice what you want, what you need, and giving yourself permission to have both.
BOUNDARIES & RELATIONSHIPS
Exploring how you want to show up in relationships—and what you want from the people in your life.
JOY & INTERESTS
Rediscovering curiosity, pleasure, interests, and the things that make you feel more like yourself.
LOOKING FORWARD
Beginning to imagine a future shaped by more than what you've survived.
You Choose How You Participate
Finding Yourself Again is designed to be supportive and exploratory—not a place where you are required to disclose the details of your trauma.
You can participate in the ways that feel right for you. You might talk, journal, reflect quietly, participate in activities, or simply listen.
You never have to share your story to belong in the room.
There is no right way to find yourself.
